1.1. These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the use of Gullswaystudio.com and the purchase of art paintings (“Products”). By accessing or using the Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.

2.1. We strive to provide accurate descriptions of the Products available on our website, including dimensions, materials, and any other relevant details. Please note that the images displayed may slightly vary from the actual Product due to differences in monitor settings.

Pricing and Payment

3.1. The prices of the Products displayed on our Website are in U.S. Currency and are subject to applicable taxes or fees.

3.2. We accept payment through Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. You must provide accurate and complete payment information. By providing such information, you represent and warrant that you have the right to use the chosen payment method.

3.3. All prices and availability of the Products are subject to change.

Order Processing and Shipping

4.1. To place an order, add the desired Products to your shopping cart, review your order, and complete the purchase.

4.2. We will process your order promptly and make every effort to ship the Products within three days. Shipping costs and options will be displayed at the checkout. 

4.3. While we strive to meet the estimated delivery times, we do not guarantee delivery dates and are not responsible for any delays caused by unforeseen circumstances or carrier issues. 

4.4 Free shipping is only on orders to the lower 48 States. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii will have a flat rate applied to them. No international shipments will be accepted. Local pickup is also available. If selected, we will reach out after an order, but feel free to email contact@gullswaystudio.com in advance with any shipping/pick up questions.

4.5. All shipments are packed, shipped, and insured by UPS.

Returns and Refunds

5.1. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a damaged item or there is a significant discrepancy between the received Product and its description, please contact us within 30 days of delivery to initiate a return.

5.2. Returns will be accepted within 30 days only if the Products are unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a proof of purchase. You may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error. Refunds or replacements will be provided within a reasonable timeframe after receiving and inspecting the returned Products. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery to initiate a return.
